Delivery and Returns
All items in the store are available on an instant download basis.
Your download link will generally be sent via email after payment has been completed. This usually happens instantly, but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as issues with hosting servers it can take longer. if however, your email and link have not arrived after two hours please contact us so we can investigate and get your purchase to you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and even though digital goods can't technically be returned, we do offer a generous 7-day refund window.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The day of purchase is counted as day 1, and the refund request must be made before the 7th day.
We, therefore, advise that you listen to the samples we provide and choose your downloads carefully before purchase.
To complete your refund, we require your order number as proof of purchase.
Once your request is received and considered, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account. This may take up to 14 days to process, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, the next step is to contact your credit card company and ask them; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
The next step is to contact your bank, as the refund may be pending but not yet showing in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items, or items part of a site-wide special offer cannot be refunded.
Exchanging an Item
In some circumstances, we may be able to offer you an exchange on your purchase. Please enquire within if you would like an exchange.
Download Replacement Policy
If at any time in the future you lose or delete your recording(s), we will replace your purchase free of charge. (subject to the item still being available in the store)
