Not at all! In fact, if that is how you currently feel now is the perfect time to get in touch!

There is no such thing as being too out of shape to start training! If you are out of shape, we will start slow to gradually build your strength and continue our progress until you have reached your health and fitness goals. 

A personal trainer is a good investment for a number of reasons

Let’s look at it this way: You reach your physical goals, acquire healthy habits for your whole life, get to know what works for your body and what to avoid at all costs, and get a resource that you can turn to for advice when you need it. When you can have these results, the cost seems justified, right?

Plus, when you add up the costs of annual gym memberships that still go out of your bank account for months after you’ve given up going to the gym because you’re not seeing the results you hoped for, a personal trainer becomes a good investment.  

Training sessions are usually an hour-long but they can be shorter or longer depending on the client’s stamina as well as their goals. Longer sessions may be needed if they want to achieve a goal within a set time frame. 

Unlike other physical trainers who may just have expertise in physical health and fitness, I also cater to a person’s mental and spiritual health. I can provide ways of motivation and discipline (brainwave entrainment and hypnosis etc.) that no ordinary physical trainer can. If some emotional distress is hindering your progress, I can provide psychotherapy for that too.

Basically, you won’t need to go to an additional therapist or nutritionist because I can provide all those services for you myself.  

We will work through the programme together and I will be evaluating your progress throughout. During the sessions, I will work with the clients to guide them through the exercises and make sure that their form is perfect to avoid injuries. I will provide positive encouragement and motivation to get them out of their comfort zones. If needed. I will also be gauging their progress to make sure that they are in line with the set goals

Nope, not at all if you don't want to.  But if you prefer to do physical training in a gym, I can arrange a session there as well to make sure that you are using proper techniques and making the most out of the equipment available there. I will also assess your progress to see if I need to change anything in your fitness plan.
